Warranty Request

In order to submit for a warranty request please select “New Ticket” below and fill in the appropriate fields. We ask that you allow up to 24 hours for a representative to get back to you. If it is a water leak causing damage please select “Priority Urgent” and we will to our best to get back to you sooner.

Please note that if you are submitting a warranty claim and we arrive onsite and we find that it is not a warranty item there will be an automatic $129.00 base service trip charge. If you decide you would like us to fix the issue additional fees may apply.
